BEGINNER LESSONS

Before you take intermediate classes you must...

-Know how to groom a horse
-Tack by yourself
-Feel confident in the Saddle
-Keep heels down
-Properly hold reins (no pinky)
-Keep eyes forward
-Sit a trot
-Post a trot
-Sit a canter

INTERMEDIATE LESSONS

Before you take advanced classes you must...

-Ride through water
-Ride bare back at walk
-Ride bare back at trot
-Canter anywhere confidently
-Master a two point (if English)
-Trot over poles at two point (If English)
-Always know if you are posting on the correct diagonal. (If English)
-Master neck reining (If Western)
-Basic knowledge of barrel pattern (If western)

ADVANCED CLASSES

Before very Specific Disciplines you must...

-Canter bareback with ease
-Jump at least 1ft (If English)
-Understand basic dressage (If English)
-Canter the barrel pattern correctly (If Western)
-Ride through deep water
-Always trot on the correct lead in an arena
-Always keep hands still (If English)
